- Do I need to be a CREA member?
- Yes — only licensed REALTORS® can publish MLS® data. We handle the technical side of the DDF® destination registration; you provide your CREA member info during onboarding.
- How long does CREA approval take?
- Most boards approve a new DDF® destination within 1 business day. Your site is usable on a subdomain immediately; listings start populating once your destination goes live.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes — on the Pro tier. We point your domain at our Vercel project, generate the DNS records you need to set, and auto-issue TLS once verified.
- What about leads from REALTOR.ca?
- Leads captured on your site are pushed to the CREA Lead API (so they reach your CRM the same way REALTOR.ca leads do) and emailed to you in parallel — with full retry + audit logs.
- Is the data really live?
- Active listings refresh every 10 minutes via DDF® incremental sync. Open-house data refreshes every 30 minutes. We reconcile against the master list nightly.
